Learn – Ride – Enjoy – Repeat
Final Event
Motorcycling provides unique value for individuals and society as both a mobility solution and a leisure activity. To ensure everyone benefits from its advantages, it is essential to continue improving the safety record of riders across Europe. Voluntary, high-quality training offers riders the opportunity to develop their skills, strengthen their awareness, and adopt safety-oriented, responsible behaviour on the road.
The Learn – Ride – Enjoy – Repeat campaign was launched to inspire riders across Europe to see training as a lifelong journey. The message is simple yet powerful, every rider can continue to learn, refine their skills, and enjoy their passion with greater confidence and safety. Through collaboration with more than 40 partners, the campaign has spread the message that training means safer riding and a safer riding community across 23 countries in Europe.
Now, as the campaign reaches the finish line, its message will come to life in a unique way at EICMA 2025. At the world’s largest motorcycle exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the campaign first-hand through a live training session next to the two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland.

Training experience
Riders and journalists will share the training area and test their skills under the guidance of certified Federazione Motociclistica Italiana (FMI) trainers, taking part in demo rides with advanced exercises such as alternating slaloms, controlled acceleration and braking, and smooth wide turns, all designed to demonstrate the benefits of post-license training.
FMI will provide both the motorcycles and the gear for the experience.
Building a safety culture benefiting all road users
Voluntary post-license training is a stepping stone toward safer riding, equipping motorcyclists with further knowledge, skills, and experience. Through Learn – Ride – Enjoy – Repeat, ACEM and FIM aim to inspire European riders to take the next step in their journey by enrolling in certified training programmes, ensuring more riders have access to advanced tools and knowledge to enjoy motorcycling safely and responsibly.
One of its key achievements was the publication of the Instructor Guidelines for Voluntary Motorcycle Training, developed in collaboration with European Motorcycle Training Quality Label certified schools and leading academic institutions. Grounded in scientific accident analysis, the guidelines address the most common accident scenarios for powered two-wheelers and aim to raise the standard of post-license training across Europe. More than 40 training schools have already received the guidelines, which are available free of charge upon request.
Building on the success of the European Motorcycle Training Quality Label, this initiative demonstrates the motorcycling sector’s commitment to continuous learning and safer riding practices across Europe.
